Rooney arrived here this afternoon, safe and sound. He was picked up by another RAGOM volunteer late yesterday after his time ran out at animal control. We all know what that means...thankfully Rooney is now a RAGOM dog. Rooney is about 5 years old and was a stray so we know nothing about his previous life.
